The neighborhood consists largely of single family homes, with a few duplexes mixed in. There are still some undeveloped vacant lots in both subdivisions. Real Estate opportunities here are re-sales of single family homes, and vacant land homesites.
Glacier Lily & Saddle Ridge
These small subdivisions are perched just off the road near the turn to Washington Gulch. Glacier Lily has been around for a long time and properties there are just over 1 acre. Saddle Ridge is a relatively new subdivision with only one home built there. The lots there are just over 2 acres and look a bit more towards town then those at Glacier Lily.
